  • One of the goals of Hack The Body, Hack The Mind is to teach people how to achieve their goals so they no longer need our service. We believe we have succeeded when a client feels ready to go out on their own. To support this, we provide applicable information in written, video, and audio formats, allowing you to learn in the way that suits you best.

  • We know some of you like to train while you are away but when you have limited equipment this can be difficult, so we provide workouts that can be adapted to even the smallest of hotel gyms to keep you training even when you are away from home

  • Most clients tend to have better results when they work in person with a trainer or coach, so we have replicated that online (with great success) by providing monthly Zoom/phone calls to check on your wellbeing, answer any of your fitness questions and keep you accountable to your goals. We can use this time to plan the next months of training or to look further and plan the next 12 months.

  • Your schedule, goals, wants, and needs are unique to you, and training programs should be tailored accordingly. While following a standard 12-week program can be beneficial, a program designed specifically for you is more likely to deliver results and keep you enjoying the process.

  • “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”.

    We do things differently here with nutrition. We won’t give you a meal plan to follow, but we will teach you how to create your own. We want to educate you about nutrition so you know what to eat, and how to eat for different goals. 

  • This is a new feature of ours. Every Monday Morning our clients will get a message from their coach with a small review of the past week and a goal for the next one. We have now started doing short 3-10-minute videos doing the same thing. We do this to show you your current progress towards the goals that we have set. 

  • When we On-Board you into the HTBHTM Team we will have an initial 30-60 minute consultation to discuss your goals and if/how we can help you achieve them. We then have a second consultation after your two-week trial is over to get clearer on these goals and create a plan for how we will achieve them. Along our journey together your goals might change or expand and the goal-setting process will happen all the time, giving you smaller targets to aim at on your way to achieving your big goal.

  • Charlie is available 6 days per week and will get back to all clients within 48 hours. You can use this to ask questions and make changes to your programme
