What are our Wellbeing Team Talks?
1-hour monthly zoom calls
Talks on Fitness, Nutrition and Mental Health
Team Talks are broken down into two options
Option 1: a combination of lectures, Q&A’s, group discussion and team building tasks that not only increase the knowledge of mental health and wellbeing but also build trust and connections between colleagues. This option is reserved for your members of staff only
Option 2: These talks are on Fitness, Nutrition, Mental Health and Wellbeing. In this option, there are no break-out rooms and group discussions because this option is open to members of staff from different companies.
Break-out rooms are used to encourage managers and staff to communicate and grow as a team
Actionable steps that staff can take away and implement in their own life

Option 2: £25 per month
What if my staff don’t buy in?
Staff buy-in is extremely important and a big concern for most companies, as each staff member has differing needs when it comes to wellbeing. Our Team Talks focus on an individualistic approach to health and wellbeing - this, in turn, allows each person to internalise the information that they learn throughout the day.
