1 in 6 workers will experience depression, anxiety or problems relating to stress at any one time
There were 602,000 cases of work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2018/19 in Great Britain and 822,000 in 2020/21
1 in 5 people take a day off due to stress. Yet, 90% of these people cited a different reason for their absence
Presenteeism accounts for 2 times more losses than absences
An estimated 149.3 million working days were lost because of sickness or injury in the UK in 2021, equivalent to 4.6 days per worker

This workshop will work for a company of any size and industry as the focus is on the person within the organisation. In big companies, some employees feel like they are just a number on a page but in these workshops, we focus on everyone’s individual needs, goals and dreams.
How much is the Wellbeing Workshop?
The cost of the workshop is £400 for the day no matter the size of the company
What if my staff don’t buy in?
Staff buy-in is extremely important and a big concern for most companies, as each staff member has differing needs when it comes to wellbeing. Our workshops focus on an individualistic approach to health and wellbeing - this, in turn, allows each person to internalise the information that they learn throughout the day.
Monthly Wellbeing Talks.
The wellbeing workshops are just a small part of what we offer. If a full day’s workshop isn’t feasible for your company. We offer 1-hour wellbeing talks on a host of subjects.
1-hour zoom calls to be held and recorded for all staff to join.
