At the end of this webinar, we set every one a 2-week challenge! If you complete it, you will have a sit down with a coach who will provide advice on what you should do with your training and nutrition.

The Challenge

For 2 weeks

  • Weigh yourself Daily* - Wake up, use the toilet, weigh yourself using the same scales on the same floor, naked.

  • Track your Daily Steps - Track your steps by using a smartwatch or your phone

  • Keep a daily food diary - Keep a diary of the food you eat for 2 weeks. Write down everything you eat and drink every day, including meals, snacks and drinks. You can keep track of your food by either writing it down or using MyFitnessPal (or any other calorie tracking app)

    Don’t change your eating habits because you know I am looking at it, I want to be a fly on the wall so I can give the best advice.

  • Log your training - Keep a log of the training you do throughout the week.

*If weighing yourself isn’t something you are comfortable with, then you don’t have to do it. It just gives me a good idea of what your doing and what you could be doing.
