The Fat Loss Blueprint isn’t a hat. It is not one size fits all. Everyone is different so having one diet for everyone doesn’t make sense. We believe in empowering people with the knowledge to create their own approach to dieting.

Support

You don’t have to do this alone. You will be joining a community of like-minded people. Your coach will guide you through this process and you will be invited to four educational lectures, and three 1-2-1 Online Coaching sessions all via video call.

Education

The biggest barrier to achieving our goals is knowledge—what to do, how to do it, or why it matters. We bridge that gap with actionable insights delivered through workshops, eBooks, and videos, empowering you to carve your own path to success.

8 Weeks of Supported Learning Focusing on Fat Loss, Nutrition and Training.

On-Boarding

Initial onboarding and goal-setting will happen 2-6 weeks prior to the course start date - to ensure you’re fully prepared before we start we will get you set up on our fitness and wellbeing app.

Week 1: A Journey of weight gain and weight loss (Lecture 1)

Understand the basics of calorie intake, goal setting, and progress tracking. The first group call will take place in week 1 and will help you to understand the fundamentals of losing weight, how to set a realistic goal and create your diet approach

Week 2: Execute The Plan

Get to work. Implement the rules and plan you created in week one. There is no group call this week but there are lectures for you to watch on your chosen diet approach

Week 3: Make A Plan (Lecture 2)

Learn to plan your diet in the long term and short term. In this lecture, we will go through how to set up a unique long-term approach for yourself while helping you to create a daily diet including foods that keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Week 4: Individual Call

Book in a 1-2-1 call with your coach. In this call, you and your coach will create a long-term plan to hit your fat loss targets in a timeline and approach that is right for you.

Week 5: Balancing Life (Lecture 3)

Develop strategies to enjoy life without sacrificing progress. This call is designed to help you plan for the week ahead by creating a flexible diet and help you to enjoy social situations while still hitting your weight loss goals. We will also dive into motivation, discipline and goal setting in this lecture to develop your mindset when it comes to training and nutrition.

Week 6: Adjust The Plan

Get to work. Apply the rules and refine your plan using your newfound knowledge. While there’s no group call this week, you’ll have insightful sessions on mindset, goal setting, and muscle building to explore.

Week 7: The Diet after the Diet (Lecture 4)

Build resilience to stay on track for the long term. Life is for enjoying so we need to develop strategies and an approach to not rebound after your diet to previous habits and your previous body composition after you finish your diet.

Week 8: Individual Call

Bon voyage for now, but not goodbye forever. We want everyone to leave the course with the confidence that they can achieve their goals with the knowledge that they have gained over the past 8 weeks, so this will be our final individual call with your coach who will answer any questions and send you on your way.

Break the cycle of crash diets

Crash diets don’t work, if they did, you wouldn’t be reading this. Your last diet would of been your last diet - So create a healthy relationship with food, but more importantly, yourself.

  • One of the goals of Hack The Body, Hack The Mind is to teach people how to achieve their goals so they no longer need our service. We believe we have succeeded when a client feels ready to go out on their own. To support this, we provide applicable information in written, video, and audio formats, allowing you to learn in the way that suits you best.

  • We know some of you like to train while you are away but when you have limited equipment this can be difficult, so we provide workouts that can be adapted to even the smallest of hotel gyms to keep you training even when you are away from home
