What Is The Progress Pyramid?
The Progress Pyramid (TPP) is quite simply a framework that can allow us to move forward with life and deal with any catastrophes that come our way.
When moving forwards towards a goal we need to first figure out what we want to achieve. I believe we need to think about this from a big-picture perspective first. We must look at what we want out of life and then we can make sure all of our goals and things we want to achieve, align with what we want.
Along the path towards our goals, we will need self-belief to get there. We need to be confident that we can achieve what we are trying to achieve. This is where knowledge comes in. I need to gain knowledge to help me become more confident, but I need to understand that failure is one of the ways I gain new knowledge.
Everything happens for a reason, and that reason is to help us learn what is going to be required, in order to attain the bigger picture goal. But fear of new things can hold us back, so to combat that fear, we need to be self-aware enough to step into the unknown.
Along the path to achieving our goals, we will come across situations and problems that will stop us from moving forward. By being self-aware we can fully grasp what the problem is, and then we can gain the knowledge we need to find the solutions. Solutions, plural, because there are always multiple solutions. The answer we choose will depend on what we want from life.
What you want from life will always show you what to do and what
answer you should pick.
This is the framework for progressing in life.

Time schedule
12:00 - Start - Intro The Progress Pyramid and what we want to achieve by the end of the day.
12:30 - What you want from life - Charlie discusses different sources, books and life experiences that have brought him to the reason it is so important and the positive effect on low mood and depression that comes from choosing a direction in life. You will spend the majority of the time working through sections in the workbook, discovering your values and answering questions to help you develop an understanding of your ideal life.
14:30 - Gain Knowledge - This section deals with anxiety and a lack of confidence, and how gaining knowledge is the cornerstone to reducing anxiety and fear.
15:30 - Become Self-Aware - Through different tools and discussions we will learn to become self-aware and become accountable. This section is about understanding ourselves, our tendencies, our insecurities and our drivers. By becoming we can get to the root cause of any problems we may be experiencing
