How do I access the programme via the TrueCoach app?
Once you have purchased the programme, you will receive an email asking you to sign up to TrueCoach. Once you have received the email, please create an account and get ready to start building.
Why haven’t I received an email to create an account?
You will receive an email within 3-5 working days. If you do not receive an email within that time, please check your junk inbox. If you still have not received an email, please fill out the form below and our team will help rectify this issue.
When do I get access to the programme via the TrueCoach app?
If you buy the programme on a weekday (Monday - Friday), you will get access to the TrueCoach app the following week as the programme starts on a Monday.
How long do I get access to the TrueCoach App?
You get access to the app for a whole year, this means the programme can be repeated 4 times throughout the year. After this, if you want the programme to restart via the TrueCoach app, you can pay £4.99 per month or £40 per year.
