Buildings are programmed with a phased approach to exercise. It outlines a clear path from start to finish. All of our 12-week programmes use a phased, structured approach to get you the results you want.

How long are the programmes and how many times do I need to train each week?

The programmes are 12 weeks long but are designed to be re-used after every 12 weeks. There are 2 - 6 Sessions per week each lasting 45 - 90 Minutes

How do I access the programme?

When you purchase the programme, you get an information manual and the programme as a downloadable PDF. You also get access via the TrueCoach app. Give you videos of exercise demonstrations and workout tracking, all via your smartphone.

How do I access the programme via the TrueCoach app?

Once you have purchased the programme, you will receive an email asking you to sign up to TrueCoach. Once you have received the email, please create an account and get ready to start building.

Why haven’t I received an email to create an account?

You will receive an email within 3-5 working days. If you do not receive an email within that time, please check your junk inbox. If you still have not received an email, please fill out the form below and our team will help rectify this issue.

How long do I get access to the TrueCoach App?

You get access to the app for a whole year, this means the programme can be repeated 4 times throughout the year. After this, if you want the programme to restart via the TrueCoach app, you can pay £4.99 per month or £40 per year.

Each programme comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. So you can try it out and if it is not for you, we will give you a full refund.
