Why do I keep repeating the same pattern?
I think you have to remember you aren’t a victim, I know it feels like we are sometimes, especially a victim to the TAX man, but we aren't. We are just like everyone else, a human who has one very important thing that no one can take away from us, and that is our reaction to situations. That is ours, and ours alone.
I HATE FISH PIE - Why everyone should be more open
Before I get into the fish pie story I want to say that this blog is about YOU. About you being authentic, being honest with yourself and challenging your fears. This is about you sticking to who you are and being honest with that, rather than hiding.
How do I stop feeling worthless?
I have tried to piece together a deeper understanding of why I think exercise and training are so important for mental health and I have come to the conclusion that it gives you something to get better at. You now have a goal, which you can focus on, and you know that every time you step foot in the gym, you are getting one step closer to becoming someone you want to be. You are improving.

Unconditional Love -
Unconditional love is love with no strings attached, there is no criteria to be met here. Love is given and received without question or proof, we just accept that someone loves us for us. If you have a pet you will get unconditional love, a grandparent or best friend. All of these will often give unconditional love.
Goals are like a chilli con carne
Let me first explain why goals are so important to have. To start with, a well thought out goal keeps us focused, a decision to chase something more. I’m not talking about when you are over-drunk on a night out and make the decision you are going to start a business with your best mate. Or when you watch a Netflix documentary and decide you are going to go vegan… next year. I’m talking about a goal that is written down and carefully thought out. One that is in line with your core beliefs and your most important values.
